yea..i think its about 10km/h...i normally hit 80km/h on the KPE tunnel.(which has a speed limit of 70km/h)....so far so good..

it is supposed no "allowance" but there is some "tolerance" of error or technical issues. I understand is that the authority would not want to invite appeals due to just 5-10 km/hr difference of speedometer on your car. Try not to test the limit, just follow the rules.

Yes..its about 10kmph allowance, my friend tested it. Importantly, watch out for those portable, overhead bridge ones...

Hi, from what i understand, the different tyre sizes would also affect the accuracy of the tachometer / speedometer of our car, especially for those who had changed rims & tyres (e.g. upsized from 195/65/R15 or 205/55/R16 to either 215/45/R17 or 225/45/R17 would cause slight difference in accuracy) differently from what the original specification of the car....so if this is not take note, when you see from your meter having speed @90km/h, you may actually traveling faster/slower than 90km/h which you think you are....just my 2cents view....
Think that may be also 1 of the reasons why there is a "tolerance" limit of the camera...
