I also have same problem. The cashback value doesn’t match so I called CITI bank. After checking they replied all transaction from 7 Nov onwards was not capture. Its a error on their system as they had just change the system on 7 Nov.

Yes same case for me. I got the 0.5% rebate but not the 4.5% bonus.

Was very promptly told to leave my number behind once I told the person I had issues with dividend$ calculation.

Gave me the impression already a lot of pple call them.

For the record they have not called me back either.
