  3. petrolboy Says:

yeah. even when the station’s empty, they didn’t bother to help me with that. Think they become lazier already. haha.

  4. vpower_user Says:

if u pump vpower , they will ask if u want to have tyre shine as well as clean windscreen.

  5. KS Says:

btw, can we still get the caltex voucher at the station? seem like that they did not distribute the voucher at my block car park this time round.

  6. aus_share Says:

    Hi Foundation,

Just request the uncle to clean your wind-screen, they are fine with it.

    Cheers

  7. Sad guy Says:

    KS,
yes they will give at the station

  8. confused Says:

is it FOC? do we need to tip the uncle for cleaning the windscreen? sometime s they ask but i say no coz dunno later need to tip them or not.

  9. Foundation Says:

Ok la, the few times I went Caltex / Esso / Shell they still do it for me! :)

    Merry Christmas!

  10. ks Says:

Went to braddell road caltex station earlier.. cashier give S$3 discount even if i dun have any coupon.. this should be the way…. why bother go print the coupons?

  11. Sam Sam Says:

now they don even bother to ask if you need to clean windscreen, sometimes i even have to pump for myself. so sad..

  12. idiots Says:

  13. petrol Says:

hi all, pump prices have increased by 4 cents per litre.

  15. Jj Says:

All of them r realli suckers..only knw hw to increase price, wat the hell…

  16. Green Buddy Says:

    F******************KNN*********************
i jus check shell price board, confirm increase of 4 cents per liter!!! WHY??!!!!! Christmas not enough blood sukcing, still muz suck New Year, then CNY issit ?

  17. Green Buddy Says:

    Hey pple, anyone into accounting?
why does petrol stn have to give standard 5% discount?
does it mean they can say they lose revenue of 5% for the discount..

Scenario, I pump 1000 litres jus to make cal easier so it’d be $1807 worth of sales
after 5% discount, it is $1717, with a discount worth $90.
So I’d have to pay $1717 and See Hum takes $1717 from me.

THen when it comes to accounting, SEE HUm, my nett revenue minus the cost of giving 5 percent discount is 1717 - 90 = 1627. So tax on revenue on profit is reduced by 90 to 1627 right ?

PS : I know nuts abt accounting but this sure saves from being taxed!
