anything new from the admin?

If we pump $50 at Esso and use the $2 voucher from NTUC, would we get a $2 NTUC voucher in return? Cos I didn’t get it
March 14th, 2010 at 10:32 am
Yes you can get the $2 NTUC voucher if you request it from the counter. One time, the lady from the counter didn’t give at the first place, then i requested the voucher from her. So you must insist to have the voucher if she don’t give you.
March 16th, 2010 at 1:00 am
Not really a voucher lar. I just took it from the counter. Need to go along with the receipt when use in NTUC.
March 16th, 2010 at 2:13 pm
Shell is still 1cent more expensive?
March 16th, 2010 at 4:16 pm
“Need to go along with the receipt when use in NTUC.”? I’ve been NTUC two times without any receipt from Esso to buy groceries. Just give them the $2 off voucher will be done. Didn’t check carefully the T&C. Really need to do so?

info on the coupon on the site:
http://www.essosmiles.com.sg/promotions_fairprice.aspx
did not say anything abt receipts
March 17th, 2010 at 1:28 am
Better pump now, petrol price is going to increase..
March 17th, 2010 at 2:41 pm
the $2 offf for NTUC only can be used when spend above $50….not easy to use leh as i do not spend >$50 each time in NTUC
March 17th, 2010 at 4:03 pm
sometimes the cashier at esso forget la..
just ask them, they are more than happy to give
March 17th, 2010 at 6:50 pm
heard pump price going to go up again??
March 17th, 2010 at 9:38 pm
If i use the $2 voucher at Esso, can I still get the Citibank dividend card discount? i.e. for $50, do I pay (50-2)*(1-0.145) = 41.04?
March 18th, 2010 at 6:05 am
I tried using the esso privillege card. the calculation is as such
Pump $50. Less 10% = $45, Less $2 = $43. Dividend dollar 5% = $2.15 = $40.85. Slightly better than 41.04.
the details of the discount is at
http://www.fairprice.com.sg/wcsstore/FairPrice/images/catalog/webfiles/exxon-fp_redemption.html
It did mention a host of cards but not citibank dividend. Use at your own peril. You may want to be a hero and be the first to try then inform the rest of us
March 18th, 2010 at 9:54 am
Hi,
Easy! “link” your esso privilge card to dividend card. This is what I do.
March 18th, 2010 at 10:29 am
Hi Esso user,
Guess you are not married.
It is so easy for me to spend $50 in NTUC.
One tin of baby Gain IQ and a L-size baby pampers cost me more than $50 liao…..

I received my UOB cc bill and got a $6 voucher for minimum $50 pump at See Hum. Anyone else got this?
March 19th, 2010 at 9:00 am
Shell is still 1cent more expensive? Until now?
March 19th, 2010 at 1:12 pm
yeah, me got the $6 off seahum too.
so, if use the voucher means what’s the minimum to pay?
($50 - $6) X (5%site + 5%citibankdividend)
or
($50 X (5%site + 5%citibankdividend)) - $6
UOB 11+% discount is inclusive of the $smart$?
March 19th, 2010 at 4:04 pm
Citidividend also got 5% off see hum meh??
March 19th, 2010 at 5:53 pm
Citidividend got 5% off all petrol. But UOB send promotion for us to use citibank?
