As the F1 weekend approaches the following roads will be closed for the setting up of infrastructure from 23 Sept to 25 Sept. Some of the roads affected by this closure include:

1. Republic Boulevard (except between Republic Avenue and Raffles Boulevard)
2. Bras Basah Road (between North Bridge Road and Beach Road)
3. Stamford Road (up to junction of St Andrew’s Road)
4. Beach Road (between Bras Basah Road and Stamford Road)
5. Nicoll Highway (Middle Rd to Raffles Blvd)

Oil prices plunged below $93 on Monday 15 Sept 08, hitting seven-month lows.
Let’s see how fast the petrol companies here drop their prices.

Yes! Yes! Yes! Pump prices drop again! As of 8 pm on 12 September 2008, we can confirm that all 4 brands have REDUCED petrol & diesel pump prices by 5 cents in the following order:

Shell - 5.30pm
Caltex - 6.30pm
SPC - 7.00pm
ExxonMobil - 7.30pm

Significant changes in prices are reflected in detail and can viewed in the table below.
