As of 1600 hrs on 20 Feb 2009, we can confirm that all 4 petrol companies have DECREASED their petrol & diesel pump prices consecutively in less than 2 days.

Shell - 3pm
ExxonMobil - 3.30pm
SPC - 3.45pm
Caltex - 4pm
